Retail Stores

Our retail store staff contribute to an outstanding experience for our members – helping them get the gear and advice they need to enjoy the outdoors.

Positions in our stores include:

• Backstock Staff
• Cashiers
• Member Service Desk Staff
• Retail Product Staff

We're looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals with a strong desire to help people. You should have a passion for wild spaces, outdoor activities, and great gear. The ability to communicate effectively with our members and a positive attitude are essential. You'll also need time to work a variety of shifts from Monday to Sunday.

Each of our stores hires their own front-line staff. Download a copy of the job application form or pick one up at the Member Service Desk in any of our stores.

Service Centre

Our Service Centre in Vancouver handles phone, fax, and mail orders and answers inquiries from our members all over the world. You'll need the same assets as our retail staff: a strong desire to help people, passion for outdoor adventures, and an interest in great gear. You'll also need solid computer and typing skills and English/French bilingualism is considered a strong asset.

Positions available in this location include:

You'll need to be detail-oriented, able to write and speak English fluently, and be able to lift heavy objects.
