In-store pickup: free delivery

Have your order shipped to an MEC store free-of-charge. Some conditions apply:

• Orders are shipped from our Distribution Centre in Surrey, BC to the store of your choice for free (this includes oversize items).
• Gift cards and new membership cards are not available through this shipping method.
• We offer limited tracking for in-store pickup orders.
• Be aware that shipping times vary by store. It may take up to three weeks for your order to arrive at the MEC store of your choice (see below).

Picking up your order

We will email you when your order is ready for pickup and you will need to bring picture ID to collect your parcel. For more information on the status of an in-store pickup order, please contact your store directly.
