If you need assistance making a purchase decision, our Service Centre staff have comprehensive product knowledge and hands-on experience. They can also help with general inquiries about the Co-op, assist with order processing, locate your member number, or set you up with a new membership card.

Unlike most retailers, we also guarantee the product selection advice offered through our website and staff; if an item you've purchased based on this advice turns out to be unsuitable, you can bring it back. Returns and exchanges can be made at any one of our stores, or by mail to our Processing Centre. Please call us if you any questions or concerns about returning items bought via phone, fax, or online.

Order Processing

Contact the Service Centre if you have any questions about the status of an order placed by phone, fax, or online. They can inform you if your order has been confirmed, when it was shipped, and help you track it through Canda Post.
