If you need assistance making a purchase decision, these people know their stuff. They can help with inquiries about the Co-op, assist with order processing, locate your member number, or send you a new member card.

If you're not a member of MEC, we can set you up with a membership at the time of your first order.

Order Processing

Contact the Service Centre if you have any questions about the status of an order placed by phone, fax, or online. They can inform you if your order has been confirmed, when it was shipped, and help you track it through Canada Post.
