MEC's Corporate and Group Sales Department helps to serve our members purchasing products in bulk. From clothing to hard goods we outfit private and public companies, government agencies, Search and Rescue (SAR) groups, clubs, schools, and teams.
We offer a wide range of outdoor clothing, gear, as well as gift cards, and specialised equipment for rescue applications. Our CGS team looks forward to providing experience-based advice and suggestions. A Corporate & Group Sales membership is all you need to get started ($5).

MEC as a retail co-operative requires purchasers, including government agencies and businesses, to have a membership. If your organization has not purchased from MEC previously, the $5 membership fee may be added to your first order.
Phone orders may be made during regular business hours. Please have the product numbers, size and colour of the items you'd like to purchase ready. Our staff have comprehensive product knowledge if you need help selecting products.
Fax and email orders may be sent any time. Please include your name, MEC Membership numbers and contact information so a representative can follow up as required. For faster processing please use our quote/order form.
Retail stores cannot provide a discount for corporate and group sales membership purchases. You can purchase product on a group membership at full price if you have the following:
Our product selection includes everyday gear suitable for students, travellers, and business people. We also carry gear for specific outdoor activities such as climbing and hiking, and technical gear designed for search and rescue applications. All products available at MEC may be eligible for Corporate and Group Sales discounts, but some exceptions apply, so please contact us for details.
As a co-op retailer we try to provide the best pricing up front; however, on bulk purchases we may be able to pass along savings due to reduced handling. Please request a quote to determine discount eligibility.
We can provide members with a written quote, valid for 30 days, for orders placed through Corporate and Group Sales. Quotes provide a detailed cost estimate that includes any applicable discounts and service charges (such as a dangerous goods fees). However, unless requested, quotes will not include taxes or shipping charges.

We offer on-account purchasing to groups who meet our credit criteria. When requesting a line of credit, specify the maximum dollar amount that will meet your needs. Please list all authorized users on your credit application. If you wish to pay by purchase order, check the appropriate box on your credit application.
The credit approval process may take ten or more business days, and members must pre-pay all orders until their application is approved. Please send us your completed credit applications by fax or attached a PDF scan:
We offer free shipping on orders that qualify and are not oversize or bulk. Bulk orders may be delivered to our store locations with no additional shipping; please check the estimated arrival times before completing the order.
Custom shipping options (such as on account) are available for Canadian orders. Large orders shipped outside of Canada may be sent surface mail or may not be available for shipping overseas.
Certain products or orders are too large, too fragile and / or heavy to be shipped through the postal system. We will inform you if your order requires extra freight or handling such as fuel for stoves.

If an item hasn't met your expectations, you can bring it back. We also guarantee the product selection advice offered through our catalogue, website, and staff; if an item you've purchased based on this advice turns out to be unsuitable, you can bring it back. In either case, simply return the item for exchange, refund, repair, or credit.
