How To Order
Corporate and Group Sales accepts orders by phone, fax or mail. For personalized service, please contact one of our representatives by telephone during business hours.
Phone Orders
When placing an order over the phone, please have the product numbers of the items you'd like to purchase ready. However, if you need help choosing products, our staff have comprehensive product knowledge and hands-on experience to provide you with honest, informed recommendations.

Retail Store Purchases
It is also possible to purchase products at any of our retail locations using your corporate and group sales membership. Please note the following when purchasing from one of our retail stores:
- You must provide the organization's billing address, and documentation identifying the purchaser to the organization.
- If you wish to make a purchase on account, you must provide the cashier with a copy of the purchase order. (An approved line of credit is required to make purchases on account).
- If your organization qualifies for a tax exemption, you must provide the cashier with the correct tax exemption number.
Payment Info & Credit Applications
You may pay for your order with Visa or Mastercard. We also offer a line of credit to members who have met MEC's credit criteria.

When requesting a line of credit, please specify the maximum dollar amount that will meet your needs. Please list all authorized users on your credit application. If you wish to pay by purchase order, please check the appropriate box on your credit application. All corporate and group sales members will receive an invoice as a record of any purchase.
Note that the credit approval process can take ten or more business days, and members must pre-pay all orders until their application is approved. All completed credit applications must be forwarded by mail to the Corporate and Group Sales department at:

Shipping Info
Corporate and Group Sales offers a variety of shipping options within Canada, including a rush courier service. All orders shipped outside of Canada are sent by either Xpresspost or air mail.
Please note that certain products or orders are too large, too fragile and/or too heavy to be shipped through the postal system. We will inform you if your order requires extra freight.
