Why should I ?

Product descriptions give you a good sense of what items are intended for, but we can't cover every possible scenario. With millions of members out there, odds are high that someone has used the gear you're looking at, and can give you the straight goods from personal experience.

How should I?

If you've used a product, describe where and when. If you're not familiar with something, describe how you'd like to use it. Let us know if you have experience with similar or comparable products as well.

When shouldn't I?

If you're wondering about availability of items, sizes, and colours, you can get instant answers with the Check Store Availability function while you're looking at product details. If something's not in stock and you'd like to know when you can get it, please contact our Service Centre. They will answer your question faster than one posted online.

Who should I notify that the math is wrong?

OK, we know the math is wrong. We compromised mathematical integrity for visual appeal in the M=EC² graphic. M doesn't equal EC² it actually equals E/C² or EC^-2. The creative team apologizes for butchering the equation, and assures you that mass and energy remain equivalent in the universe.

If you're unsatisfied with a product from MEC, please contact our Service Centre. It's not that we can't stand to be trash-talked online, we'd just like a chance to fix the problem. If you have the wrong product for a particular purpose, or it needs some maintenance, you're probably covered by our Rock Solid Guarantee. Either way, we'd like to make it right.
