Hennessy Expedition A‑sym Hammock

Sleep suspended snugly and smugly above soggy or stony ground, gritty sand, or creepy-crawlies in this hammock, designed in Canada. The unique walk-in bottom entrance seals with Velcro to prevent bugs moving in while you’re out. An integral ridgeline holds the attached no-see-um netting off your face.

Since the hammock holds you above the cold, hard ground, in warmer weather you need only a thin sleeping pad (if any) for insulation and cushioning – thus potentially saving even more weight and space in your pack. Either side of the polyurethane-coated nylon rainfly can be tilted to any angle or rolled away. The hammock sets up in minutes – so you could take a siesta during sweltering afternoons and resume hiking in the cool of the early evenings.
