One of the original ultralight tents, even better still. The coatings on the fly and floor have been upgraded to MSR’s Durashield for greater resistance to hydrolysis (geek-speak meaning the coating is less prone to “melting” with prolonged exposure to water and damp packing).
The ridiculously fast and easy set-up, stay-dry entrances, and generous twin vestibules remain unchanged. So do the options of rigging the Hubba Hubba with the frame and fly alone, or with frame, fly, and the optional footprint as a floor, for mad light shelter in clement conditions.
- The sill height has been raised to 25cm for better backsplash blockage.
