TCAT Partnership logo

The Toronto Coalition for Active Transportation (TCAT), was formed in 2006 to give a unified voice to the many groups working for a better cycling and pedestrian environment in Toronto. A project of the Clean Air Partnership since 2008, TCAT conducts research, develops policy and creates opportunities for knowledge sharing. TCAT organized two successful one-day Bike Summits in 2008 and 2009, bicycle policy events designed to provide insight and inspiration to move professionals and advocates alike ahead in making our communities truly bicycle friendly. TCAT's third annual active transportation conference, now called the Complete Streets Forum, will take place on April 22-23, 2010.
