MEC Winnipeg Store
MEC's prairie presence was solidified in 2002, when we opened our downtown Winnipeg store. There are bike racks and we have several bike locks you can borrow free of charge. You can also purchase a cycling map of the city at our store. Maximize the life of your stuff by having it fixed, and limit waste and the use of dwindling natural resources. Bike Shop ServiceOur bike shop can provide any repair from minor service, such as installing racks and fenders, to a deluxe overhaul if your bike needs it. Our mechanics are experienced in all aspects of bike repair and can provide you with tips and tricks to keep you riding. Contact the store for a complete description of services and fees.
RecyclingBatteries
We will recycle batteries that were bought at our store. You can drop them off at our Member Service Desk and we'll take care of them, but please don't bring any that are broken or corroded.
