Free shipping on orders over $50

Applies to orders of $50 or more (before taxes, excludes gift cards and MEC memberships) sent Standard Post within Canada. Most bikes ship free, but oversized items (greater than 2m, over 30kg) or hazardous goods do not qualify. Orders under $50 sent Standard Post within Canada are $6.50

Canada Post currently estimates 7–16 days for standard shipping. For online and store pickup orders, delivery time includes processing of 2–5 days plus estimated shipping time.

Once we process your order, we send an email and tracking number. Unfortunately, your tracking number may show no movement for several days, and although this is frustrating, your order is reliably on its way.

What are current estimated delivery times?

Shipping is tricky to estimate right now. As new information becomes available, we are updating our website to give you the most accurate estimate possible as you checkout. Estimates vary depending on day of the week and the region you are shipping to.

Can I collect my order at a store?

Store pickup (inside or outside at storefront) is available at Halifax, Quebec City, Winnipeg, Montréal, Vancouver, Victoria, Kelowna, Ottawa, and Toronto stores. We’re working hard to add this service to more stores as they re-open.

Where’s my order and how do I track it?

We process orders as we receive them, usually within 5 days. When we ship your order, we send an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Use the Canada Post tracking tool or login to your MEC account and use the tracking number in your Order History. 

My tracking shows no movement. Is my order lost?

If you have a tracking number, it means we handed your parcel over to Canada Post. They may be experiencing additional delays, but your order is very likely on its way. Check the Canada Post Service Alerts for information.
