A spin on the traditional Japanese fried noodle with veggies. Crisp and delicious.

  • To make, remove olive oil packet from pouch and set aside. Add 1 cup (240ml) of boiling water to all contents. Stir thoroughly. Seal and let sit for 10 minutes. Pour olive oil, followed by pouch contents into skillet. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
  • Makes 1, 350ml serving.
  • Ingredients: Organic udon noodle (organic spring wheat, organic rice, sea salt), organic extra virgin olive oil, organic onion, organic carrots, organic textured soy protein, sauce [organic evaporated cane juice, salt, organic onion, organic worcestershire flavour (organic maltodextrin, organic onion powder, salt, organic garlic powder, natural flavors), organic ginger, organic black pepper], organic bell peppers, organic spinach. Allergens: soy, gluten, wheat.
