Enjoy the simplicity of this training device: take it out of the box, charge it up, go outside to find GPS satellites (OK, you'll have to answer a few setup questions), then press start and take off. Once you're done, press stop. It is pretty easy.

  • Heart rate monitor (sold separately) displays your heart rate in beats per minute.
  • Provides heart rate-based calorie computations to track calories burned.
  • Use Garmin Connect website (www.garminconnect.com) to analyze and share data. You can upload data from a PC or Mac, and use the site to see your route mapped, view a summary of workout data, or create goals to improve your performance.
