Description

Show Description

An alpine pack that can be loaded up or stripped down according to the mission at hand. To pare back the weight, take out the back panel and remove the hipbelt and lid. The stripped back version weighs 890g, carries a day's worth of gear, and is still streamlined enough to get through squeeze chimneys.

  • Made of stout, high-tenacity ripstop nylon, tough enough for weathered alpine granite.
  • Doubled fabric on the bottom reduces condensation when the pack is on the ground.
  • Floating lid has an outer zippered pocket and zippered pocket underneath with a key clip.
  • Moulded back panel and contoured shoulder straps are covered in quick-dry fabric.
  • Hydration reservoir pocket and hanger, and a port for hydration tube.
  • Glow-in-the-dark, glove-friendly zipper pulls.
  • Spindrift collar has a drawcord closure.
  • Dual ice axe holders with a durable pick compartment.
  • Removable hipbelt has gear loops for racking.
  • Side compression straps consolidate the load. Lower strap is doubled back to take the weight of skis.
  • Daisy chains for lashing items and for securing crampons across the back. Includes crampon attachments.
