For indoor cranking, the fat wood handles are designed for with bare hands and are less pumpy than the thinner handles on ice tools designed to work with winter gloves. Wood is light and rigid, and your hands won't slip off easily. Loop them over existing holds to train grip strength, core strength and to develop a better feel for body position and foot placements.

- Supports approximately 3.8kN or about 390kg. So unless you're a really big, you should be good to go.
