Description

Show Description

Stay in control on icy roads. Light, grippy, and fast, this studded winter tire gives you traction and bite on ice, snow and slush. Each tire has 361 spikes each with a toothy tungsten carbide core, clad in weight-saving aluminum.

  • RaceGuard belt protects against penetration punctures, while only minimally increasing weight and rolling resistance
  • Spikes have a tungsten carbide core for durability.
  • To ensure that spikes are permanently fixed, tires should be run in for about 40km on asphalt while avoiding any fast acceleration or heavy braking.
  • Sold individually.

Bead

The bead holds the tire onto the rim. Beads may be hoops of wire, or made of a flexible material which allows them to be folded compactly. Folding tires are easier to store or pack on trips.

Recommended PSI

Inflating your tires over the recommended PSI (pounds per square inch) could cause your tube and/or tire to rupture.
