Show Description

An insulated jacket that'll get used day after day to keep kids warm. The water-resistant shell provides a layer of protection when rain clouds are rumbling above on brisk school mornings. Smooth fabric insulation lines the sleeves so it won't bunch up when you slide the jacket on over other layers on chilly fall weekends. And the best part? Cushy fleece on the inside feels like being wrapped up in a blanket when they step outside.

  • Outer shell is soft recycled nylon with a polyurethane coating and DWR (durable water repellency) to buffer kids from light rain.
  • Body is lined with cozy 0.5in.-thick fleece, which has 70% recycled content.
  • Sleeves are lined with Thermogreen® polyester (92% recycled) insulation that stays warm, even when it's wet.
  • Comfortable 3-panel hood fits securely on for windy, cold weather.
  • Hand-me-down ID label.

Waterproof garments use waterproof-breathable technologies and are fully seam-taped. Water-resistant garments use waterproof-breathable technologies but their seams are not taped. Water-resistant garments repel water and protect against wind but are not made of waterproof fabric.

  • 1 external chest zippered
  • 2 front with flap

A windproof garment does not allow any air to permeate the fabric. A garment with windproof panels has panels of fabric that are totally windproof, but the rest of the garment may not be windproof. A wind-resistant garment resists some wind, but not as much as a garment that is windproof.

Hood Insulated
Durable water repellency

Usually referred to as DWR. A treatment made to fabrics that causes water to bead and run off instead of soaking through.
