Ooni makes portable wood-fired pizza ovens that let you flex your chef skills at the campsite or in your own backyard. The Scotland-based company started as a personal quest to improve home pizza. Unsatisfied with the results from a traditional home oven, Ooni's founder Kristian Tapaninaho designed and built a pellet-fired pizza oven for his backyard.
