About Coghlan’s

With humble beginnings in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Coghlan’s has been proudly serving the outdoor industry for more than 60 years. Originally a single location offering gas stove and lamp servicing, they’ve since become a household name in the camping community, striving to make being outside as enjoyable as possible.

Building a community

Coghlan’s efforts to build and maintain community relationships keep them a top choice for camping accessories across Canada and the US. Initiatives like their long-running partnerships with Opportunity Partners and ImagineAbility give back to the communities they serve, offering meaningful work for people with disabilities across several stages of production.

Reducing impact

In 2020, Coghlan’s overhauled their packaging. In addition to getting a fresh new look, the focus of this project was to reduce and reuse, using sustainable materials like cardboard and including recycling information in the package.
