Known for pioneering fiberglass ski tech and sponsoring pro athletes across the globe, K2 makes gear to help you tackle any pow days coming your way.

Get way out there

K2 started out as a ski brand, but they branched out into snowboards in 1987. Named after the second-highest mountain on earth as well as founding brothers Bill and Don Kirschner, K2’s innovative helmets, boots, skis and snowboards will keep you company during those intense forays into the backcountry. Each ski and board model has a unique, specialized core type to help you charge through deep snow, bounce over the soft stuff and hit some tricks on the way down.

K2 is committed to making equipment that lasts, and to optimizing how that equipment gets made. They conduct annual consumption analyses to monitor and reduce energy demand, and recycle all kinds of manufacturing materials from wood and plastic to titanium chips and blasting sand. As a partner of OIA Climate Action Corps and Snowsports Industries of America Climate United, they don’t play around when it comes to the planet.
