About Mountain Hardwear
Mountain Hardwear’s beginning dates to 1993 when a group of outdoor enthusiasts saw changes in the industry like compromising quality and less technical gear. Staying true to the needs of outdoor enthusiasts, Mountain Hardwear began designing products where form follows function.
Mountain Hardwear encourages everyone to live life to the fullest and seek out new challenges, igniting this idea by providing their users with gear that's more comfortable, fits better and protects you from the weather.
Functional style for you and your camp set-up
Mountain Hardwear fleece is lightweight and gives you freedom to hike, climb or chill. Pop a Mountain Hardwear jacket over your fit to layer with fuzzy fleece linings or a puffy down hoodie for a chilly day on the mountain.
Once you’ve made it to your destination, Mountain Hardwear tents offer a spacious living area even in their smaller 2-person tents. They’re lightweight yet burly to withstand any season. Waterproof flies keep rainy and snowy weather out.
Once you’ve set up your tent, Mountain Hardwear sleeping bags are a cozy place to rest your head. Gore-Tex or a DWR coating protects against the rainy season, and thermally mapped insulation ensures you stay warm where you need it most.
Doing better for the environment
Mountain Hardwear advocates that there are opportunities all around us to do better for our environment. They act on this by creating more gear with greater amounts of recycled content, using responsible down, all-natural UPF protection and using bluesign® APPROVED materials.
