Description
A classic Prospector is probably the best all-around wilderness tripping canoe ever. Where it really shines is when loaded for week-long trips that combine lakes and rivers (mellow or wild). Nova Craft has stayed faithful to the lines of the Chestnut Prospector, the canoe more acclaimed in literature than any other. The triple-layer plastic hull isn't made for portages, but it is excellent for high-abuse, low-maintenance users like camps, schools, outfitters and even cottagers who'd rather watch the sunset with a refreshing beverage in hand than muck around with sandpaper and resins.
- Hull is rugged triple-layer plastic.
- Ash webbing seats.
