Gear for the lake

There’s no shortage of ways to get out on the water at MEC, from kayaking to paddleboarding and even surfing.

A selection of kayaks, paddleboards and canoes give you many ways to tour lakes and rivers. Don’t forget your dry bags and waterproof storage to ensure the things you want to stay dry, actually stay dry.

If you prefer to get in the water rather than float on top of it, swim fitness and snorkel gear let you get up close and personal with life under the water and help you stay active all summer long.

Water safety

It’s always important to be safe out on the water – PFD’s and boat safety equipment can help you do just that. For extra protection when pulling in the kayak and to help conserve body heat, water sandals and neoprene boots keep your feet covered.
