Can I take my bike home that day?

At some stores, yes, others, no. Some members would need to come back in a few days to pick up their e-bike.

Can gift cards be used to purchase?

Yes, a gift card may be used to pay for part of the $1200 qualifying purchase. You cannot use a gift card to cover the $400 e-bike.

Can I buy a $1200 gift card and then use it for the $400 e-bike?

No, you cannot purchase a $1200 gift card and then use that same gift card to buy the e-bike as that would be two separate transactions.

Do MEC's ski and bike services count towards the $1200 spend required to qualify for a $400 e-bike?

No, equipment servicing at MEC is not eligible to count towards your $1200 qualifying purchase.

Does Rocksolid Guarantee apply?

Yes, you may exchange your purchase, however, we can’t accept returns. This is to avoid people returning the qualifying goods and keeping the e-bike.

How do I know which sizes are available?

Check with a staff member at the MEC location and they will be able to let you know what stock and sizing is remaining.

Do I need to be a member?

Yes, you need to be a member of the MEC Member Rewards program to participate. Please sign up or upgrade your existing MEC membership for free.

Is there a way to tell if my store is sold out before coming to the store?

Unfortunately, no. Since these bikes will move quickly you will need to visit our stores to check availability. We will do our best to update this web page and our social channels when we are sold out, but there may be some delays. We kindly request you do not call our Customer Care Team about this as they will not have up-to-date numbers on how many e-bikes are remaining.

Is this offer available at all MEC locations?

Is it available at all locations except Hudson’s Bay locations.
