Frequently asked questions
How do video calls work?
We use Microsoft Teams for these video calls.
If you’re on a computer: A couple minutes before your appointment begins, open the confirmation/reminder email you received from us. Click “Join your appointment” – you can join the meeting through your web browser (no need to download Microsoft Teams) or the Teams app. We’ll see you there.
If you’re on a smartphone: You’ll need to download the free Microsoft Teams app if you don’t already have it – we recommend doing this in advance. A couple minutes before your appointment begins, open the confirmation/reminder email you received from us. Click “Join your appointment” – the video call will open in your Teams app. We’ll see you there.
Do I need to be on video?
We’d love to see you on-screen, but if you’d prefer to keep your camera off, that’s cool too.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Pull up the confirmation/reminder email we sent to you. In that email, click “Change your appointment” and go from there.
