As a follow up to a recall of Ghost Nivolet Bikes, we have received replacement forks. Members can now contact an MEC location to schedule an appointment for fork replacement. It’s important to call ahead (ask for the bike shop when you call) so our bike technicians can ensure they have a replacement fork on hand. We anticipate that the replacement will take 2–4 days to complete.
Ghost continues to ask that you stop using your bike until the fork can be replaced.
