KEY POINTS & INTENDED USE

Zûtõ. What does it mean? Is it a river? A body of water? A destination?

A type of wave? An emotion? A sticky thing?

In essence it is all of these things.

In reality, it is an attempt to use funny looking accent marks in a word that

would show up in our behind the scenes computer system, known locally as MMS.

Through trial and error an 'û' and an 'õ' were found to work. Both look wavy

and watery.

A 'Z' and a't' were used to help frame them into a word that sounds interesting

and references the feet. Zoo-toe. We'll leave it at that.

The Zûtõ was designed to be a modern expression of the traditional neoprene

water shoe. Looks like a skate shoe but provides basic insulation with 3mm

neoprene and a scythed sole for non-marking grip. Designed specifically

for the SUP market; general boaters, canoeist, kayakers and anyone around water

will find they offer warmth, protection and are a lot more stylish than a

traditional neoprene bootie. Not hard to do but I think we did great.
