About Cotopaxi
Cotopaxi is a sustainable outdoor gear brand that makes high quality and colourful packs and clothes to get people outside and leave a good impact on the planet.
Founded in 2014 by Davis Smith, Cotopaxi is named after the Cotopaxi volcano in Ecuador and has you covered with colourful gear and clothing for hiking, camping, running and travel. The bright and bold colours are inspired by the cultures and landscapes of South American countries like Ecuador, Bolivia and Peru.
Cotopaxi's commitment to sustainability
Since 2014, Cotopaxi has created outdoor gear and clothing with a conscience. As a certified B Corp, Cotopaxi relies on repurposed, organic and recycled fabrics whenever possible, while ensuring fair labour practices in their facilities. They also donate a portion of their sales to causes and organizations supporting poverty alleviation, education and health around the planet. Cotopaxi’s mission is to make a positive impact by fueling both adventure and change.
Beyond outerwear, Cotopaxi creates sustainably designed travel packs, fanny packs, daypacks and totes, so you can store all your gear for your next hike in Spruce Woods. Cotopaxi gear isn’t just good for the planet – it’s tough, so it’ll last for plenty of adventures down the road.
