Made of dual density EVA foam: upper layer is designed for cushion and rebound, lower layer is for structure, abrasion resistance and traction. Similar foam structure to running shoes. Foam is lightweight and cushioned as it compresses and rebounds with every step. Foam is also an insulator so you feet will stay warmer. Foam is also quiet unlike the clatter of plastic decks found on some snowshoes
Abrasion resistant hard plastic (Pebax) traction plate with cleats underfoot
Tire like lugs moulded into the underside of the foam for added traction
Flexible rockered design feels like a running shoe - the binding eliminates the hinged toe found in most snowshoes. Rockered design is great for running
Teardrop shape provides a natural stride without sacrificing floattation and maneuverability
Easy to use bindings use two hook and loop straps across the top of the foot and a camming buckle at the heel. Fits a wide range of footwear from size 5 up to size 15 mens
Designed for use on snow which is deep enough to warrant snowshoes - traction points will wear down if used on gravel, pavement or other non-snow surfaces. Best for use on trails - not an off-trail mountain snowshoe
Approachable and unintimidating design is great for first time snowshoers
Waiting to hear back on max load - but vendor says they are for everyone and best for use in most snow conditions - probably not awesome for most users in powder since they are small
