While on a surfing trip, friends Jen and Thayer were hung up on how hard it was to find a good pair of board shorts that could keep up with their activities. This trip ended with Jen and Thayer co-founding Carve Designs out of their mutual love for the beach and surfing.

Since then, Carve Designs has evolved into a complete beach lifestyle brand focused on effortless clothing that lets you feel connected to the beach. Jen and Thayer keep dreaming up new ways to honor the environment while creating comfy and stylish clothing.

Designs for the water

Carve Designs swimsuits are a quick drying blend of recycled materials with varying coverage up to a full tankini. Seamless construction lets you move how you want without any rubbing. Sporty styles are great for paddleboarding and surfing, and reversible designs give you colour options.

Beachy boardshorts are also made from recycled material with anti-odour properties and lots of room to move, keeping you comfy and cool.

Carve Designs rashguards and sunguards offer UV protection, with long sleeves to keep the sun off your arms and short sleeve or half zip designs to adjust coverage and cool down.

Carve Designs believes that the outdoors is not just ours to enjoy, it’s ours to care for too. Holding true to their ethos, they make their swimwear with recycled materials like single-use plastic bottles, reducing their reliance on petroleum and cutting back on water pollution.
