Updated with Shimano’s user-friendly Cues drivetrain, this reliable hardtail is a great introduction to the world of trail riding. From exploring your local trails, to checking out the local cross-country scene, the Xtrada 5 is capable and comfortable. Outfitted with SR Suntour front suspension with a lockout, you won’t waste any energy on the climbs and then when it’s time to descend, you simply release the lockout and drop-in. Switching to a 1x10 Shimano Cues drivetrain simplifies things while providing plenty of mechanical advantage to take the edge off the climbs. The Cues line provides reliable performance, durability, and easy maintenance – with cross compatibility across the line. From its modern geometry, to its grippy tires, this hardtail is a solid way to start exploring the world of mountain biking.
