About Level Six

Level Six is a Canadian company that makes clothing and equipment for watersports, designed by people who live life on the water.

Founder Stig Larsson discovered a love of paddling as a kid, and later balanced his university courses with training as a competitive whitewater kayaker. Though watersports were becoming more popular, he noticed little innovation in the gear and clothing, so he started designing. In 1997, Stig began selling a simple range of rashguards – and Level Six was born.

Smart design is central to water safety. From PFDs to throw bags, Level Six’s functional gear delivers reliable performance when it matters most. PFDs for kids and infants keep the littlest crew members safe.

From cruising to surfing to touring, Level Six stand-up paddleboards offer a variety of ways to explore and enjoy your local waterways. Waterproof packs help haul a journey’s worth of supplies on classic canoe circuits. Kayak sprayskirts keep the ocean on the outside, while neoprene pants, wetsuits and booties offer warmth through long days on the water.

Level Six follows the Ethical Trading Initiatives (ETI) in its supply chains and workplaces. From safe labour practices to sustainable materials, the company strives to apply the ETI to every stage of product design, development and manufacturing. Level Six also contributes 1% of sales to watershed conservation and offers youth paddling scholarships to promising young athletes.
