                  Why do so many people love running? It’s one of the simplest (and most affordable) forms of exercise. It’s also a great way to connect with the outdoors, whether that’s your local park or trail running through the forest.                   Put your feet first

                  The first step to a good run or workout is the right pair of running shoes. You usually want your shoes to be light and breathable, so your feet don’t overheat as you work up a sweat. Cushy midsoles can give your feet pillowy comfort, and grippy soles give you traction for rocky trails. Make sure the socks you’re wearing wick sweat too (ditch the cotton socks).

                  Other run and workout essentials
