Running and fitness clothing
The right layers for your run
Clothing can make or break your sweat session. The right fit, layers and fabrics will keep you active indoors and outdoors, no matter the weather. Fitness clothing is designed to manage moisture and odour (from sweat), layer well for different conditions, and stretch to move with you.
Hitting the trails in the summer? Pick running t-shirts and shorts made from lightweight, breathable, sweat-wicking fabrics. Lightweight tights offer more coverage even in the heat. For colder-weather activity, tights or pants and long-sleeved shirts will layer well to keep you warm. Add a windproof or water-resistant shell from brands like Patagonia or Arc'teryx on top to keep you dry.

Don’t forget a few extras
Accessories offer more comfort and weather protection year-round. On sunny days, you'll want a hat and sunglasses. As the weather cools, add gloves and a neck gaiter. Wear a headlamp and reflective outerwear to be visible in the dark. And no matter the time of year, socks designed for running will keep your feet blister-free. Pick a colourful print for some flair – and no cotton!
