Suspended on cords, these tiles are excellent portable training devices, allowing you to do pull-ups, lock-offs and dead hangs to stay in condition through the winter. Each hold includes a deep jug on top, a four-finger pocket, a four-finger flat edge, and a three-finger pocket.
