Move snow fast and create clean-sided pits. The updated Evac 7 is Black Diamond's top-of-the-line shovel and it gets the digging done. Designed for backcountry use, this shovel has a flat blade that lets you slice perfectly flat snow pit walls. Use it as a hoe when you need to move a large amount of snow in a short amount of time.

  • Aluminum shaft and anodized aluminum blade is strong, yet light
  • Compact D-handle uses dual-density grip for comfort
  • Updated extendable shaft design. From same attachment point, converts easily into hoe mode
  • Includes adaptor to convert your shovel shaft into a saw using reciprocating saw blade
