- Sold in pairs
- S/M fit men’s 4-7 and women’s 5-8. M/L fit men’s 8+ and women’s 9+
- Activated by contact with the air (oxidization). Process can be paused by putting the toe warmer in any airtight container – but it needs to be used within a few days
- Slim design won’t change the fit of your footwear
- Each insole provides more than 5 hours of heat
- Adhesive base keeps insole from shifting or moving under foot
- Made from natural ingredients, meaning you can easily dispose of them in any regular garbage
