Enter your order details to look up your purchase and begin your return.

You’ll need your email, order number, and billing postal code.

Returns Made Easy

Here's how it works:

Look-up your original order using the form
Select the item(s) you would like to return and a reason for return
Submit your return request
Check your inbox for an email containing a prepaid shipping label and step-by-step instructions
Package up your items and take them along with your shipping label to a nearby Canada Post location
Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment type (usually within 5-10 days of receipt)

A flat rate of $11 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of a mail-in shipping label. Returns in-store are always free.
