The BOB Motion Travel System is subject to a recall and requires a free part upgrade. Although you can continue to safely use your stroller and car seat separately, you should immediately stop using the Click & Go feature until you replace the defective part.
According to the manufacturer, “BOB Gear, in cooperation with Britax Child Safety, Inc., is conducting a voluntary recall on all BOB Motion stroller models. A fall hazard is present when the strollers are used with Click & Go receivers as a travel system.”
To order your free repair kit, visit the Britax Click & Go recall page and enter your model number (instructions on where to find the model number are on the recall page) or contact Britax customer service at 1-844-227-0300.
Please do not return your BOB Motion Travel System to an MEC store. Repair kits are only available from the manufacturer.
