• When your new bike arrives, there are a couple steps between unpacking and riding. First turn the handlebars until the fork faces forward, then holding the front wheel inline with the back wheel, turn the handlebars until they are at a right-angle. At this point your bike should look like it does on MEC.ca. Now you need to tighten everything down, start with the 2 stem bolts. After that, adjust the handlebars to match your rider’s natural grip height, tighten the 4 bolts on the front faceplate. With those 3 quick steps done, your little rider is ready to roll!
