The North Face has issued a voluntary recall for the Shellista V Winter Boots because the hook on one boot can catch on the laces of the other, posing a fall risk.
If you have purchased these boots, The North Face is asking you to immediately stop using them and return them directly to The North Face for a full refund. You can access more information about the recall and how to return your boots by visiting the recall page on The North Face’s website.
Alternatively, you can also return your recalled boots directly to MEC through one of our stores or through our website. You will be eligible for a refund for the amount you paid.
