Customer Care hours
We’ve adjusted our customer care hours back by 1 hour to our original schedule. During the extended hours, we wanted to make sure you had all the support you needed for your outdoor adventures. We’ve also made our website easier to use for self-service, and we’re happy to see you’ve been getting what you needed.
But don’t worry, we’re still here for you during our regular business hours via phone, chat, and email:
Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 5:00pm (PT)
Saturday to Sunday, 7:00am – 4:00pm (PT)
