Canada Post currently estimates 7–16 days for standard shipping. For online and store pickup orders, delivery time includes processing of 2–5 days plus estimated shipping time.
Once we process your order, we send an email and tracking number. Unfortunately, your tracking number may show no movement for several days, and although this is frustrating, your order is reliably on its way.
Store re-opening status
MEC retail locations and bike shops are re-opening with strict safety measures in place. We are following the advice and guidance of local health authorities to ensure the safest possible environment for MEC members and staff.

Store Pickup
Store pickup is currently available at our Halifax, Quebec City, Winnipeg, Montréal, Vancouver, Victoria, Kelowna, Ottawa, Edmonton South, Calgary, and Toronto locations. We’re working hard to add this service to more locations as they re-open. Stores are opening with safe pickup services in place. Shop online and collect your order inside or at the storefront.

In-person returns
As of June 1, open stores will accept in-person returns. (Bike shops cannot accept returns.) If your local store isn’t open yet, you can mail your return or wait until later – MEC’s return policy doesn’t expire.
Mec.ca is open for online orders, but social distancing measures at MEC and Canada Post may cause some delays with orders or returns.
